sometimes it just works. it feels like a well-oiled machine running so smoothly. like it’s never had any technical problems or kinks. but other times, boy do i feel like giving up. it isn’t always so easy, so black and white.

we definitely have our rough patches but ultimately we can just see ourselves being together forever. i just can’t picture my future without johnny in it, try as i might sometimes. he’s my one and only, as corny as that may sound. he still gives me butterflies.

we take each day one at a time, never stressing to much about our futures and just focusing on the important things. we try new and fun things all the time to keep things interesting but we still make time for our old patterns and routines that make us, us.

so, i guess that’s my biggest advice. don’t stress out about the relationship. take each day as they come. if you’re happy and you’re comfortable than things will be fine. don’t fight over things that you know don’t really matter and don’t bring up negative things from the past. always communicate about everything and trust him even when it’s hard. never accuse or judge, always encourage and motivate. always laugh and always have fun. hold hands any chance you get and don’t ever be afraid to talk about your feelings.
